Before starting the PADI Master Freediver course, you must be medically trained in basic First Aid and CPR. If you have previously completed medical training, it must be recognized and valid within the last 24 months.
Otherwise, you must complete an Emergency First Response (EFR) course that meets the PADI First Aid prerequisite for PADI Rescue Diver, PADI Divemaster, and PADI Instructor courses. The EFR course lasts for one day, and we are completely flexible, allowing us to schedule it around your personal time frame.
Emergency First Response (EFR) training focuses on building confidence in rescuers and increasing their willingness to respond in a medical emergency. Participants will learn simple steps for providing emergency care and will practice skills in a non-stressful learning environment.
EFR courses are supported by their own study guides and videos, enhancing your learning experience.
Emergency First Response Primary Care (CPR) teaches participants how to respond to life-threatening emergencies. The course focuses on primary care through the integration of knowledge development, skills practice, and realistic scenario application to ensure participants are confident in their ability to provide care during emergencies.
