Course Structure: Our 3-day training consists of three sections: Knowledge Development, Confined Water Sessions, and Two Open Water Sessions.
In our training, all theoretical knowledge related to freediving is conveyed from scratch to our students. Upon completing the theoretical part, you will immediately move on to confined water sessions where you will learn static and dynamic apnea skills and how to handle a diver who faints in shallow water. Following this, in our two open water sessions, we will cover advanced equalization techniques, free-fall techniques, lung flexibility and diaphragm flexibility training, carbon dioxide and oxygen tables, and more detailed topics over the course of three full days.
At the end of all sessions, students who successfully complete the final exam of the PADI Advanced Freediver course will be certified and graduated.
