Course Program

The 10-day PADI Freediver Instructor course consists of three sections: Knowledge Development, Confined Water Workshops, and Open Water Workshops.

Knowledge Development

You will learn how to conduct PADI Freediver courses, review freediving physiology and psychology, and acquire coaching techniques to support student development and rescue techniques using a student-centered approach.

Confined Water Workshops

You will learn how to conduct effective presentations, demonstrate skills, ensure student safety underwater, and assist with overcoming mistakes.

Open Water Workshops

Starting with fundamental topics, you’ll learn how to select a dive site, organize and supervise students in a group, recognize and correct common mistakes, and how to handle them most efficiently.
